My Favorite Store-bought Snacks

If you are trying to begin your journey to a healthier lifestyle or you just need some snack recommendations then you came to the right place. I do believe it is better to snack on nutrient rich foods like fruits, veggies, and nuts but sometimes it’s okay to indulge on some tastier foods. If you don’t want to totally cheat and still snack smart then these store-bought snacks are perfect for you! They are my all time favorites and they are all so yummy!

  • Fiber One Brownies – This brownies are my go to for chocolate cravings! I LOVE chocolate lol I love brownies too! It’s definitely my favorite pastry so this one is perfect because its 70 calories and only 2g of sugar. And its so tiny, it’s perfect for when I have the urge to eat a whole chocolate bar.
  • Skinny Pop Popcorn– I love this one specifically because it has less sodium than the other brands. It’s gluten free, vegan, all-natural and Non-GMO snack with no artificial ingredients. It’s basically air popped popcorn. A way better alternative to chips!
  • Autumn’s Gold Granola Bars– These are a new find but they easily made it to my favorites because they are delicious! No crazy ingredients, gluten free, grain free, paleo certified. You’re basically getting your serving of nuts with the perfect hint of sweetness.
  • KIND Healthy Grains Dark Chocolate Chunk Bars– Another chocolate go to! I love all of the kind bars but some are healthier than other so make sure you read your labels! This one is one of their healthier option. Whole grains, gluten free, and 8g of sugar.
  • Larabar Peanut Butter Banana Fruit and Nut Bar– I love all of the Larabar bars! They’re gluten-free, non-GMO, dairy-free, vegan and Kosher. Simple ingredients always!
  • Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus– Perfect dip for your veggies! Vegan, Gluten Free, Non GMO Project Certified, Kosher Certified. Simple ingredient list.
  • Biena Sea Salt Chickpeas– Another great alternative to chips are these bad boys. It is the perfect snack for when you need a salty snack. They’re nutritious, gluten free, all natural, vegan and non-GMO.
  • Popchips Barbeque Potato Popped Chip Snack– And for my chip loving people here is a healthier alternative. These are 130 calories per serving, Non-GMO, gluten free, kosher, 0 grams of trans fat, vegan. No artificial flavors, no synthetic colors

Well that is all for now. If I keep going I am just going to raid my pantry and eat every single one of these lol

Remember to eat in moderation! Even if these are “healthier” nothing is better than non processed food. These are simply for my lazy days or for those days that I really want to eat something bad but I know I shouldn’t. You can always find healthier alternatives.
